Haha sometimes I like to pretend that because I live on the sixth floor of a building with no elevator, I’m allowed to skip the gym whenever I want. That’s not true. I guess being a mom isn’t a free pass to skip the gym every day either — darn!

  1. I truly appreciate your site mentioning my article, The Value In Losing, in your list of top tweets for last week! I usually try to promote positive parenting on my site.

    As a former social worker, I think that teaching a child about losing is a parental responsibility. Life isn’t always about what we win but what we can learn from losing.
